Trattoria Sapere & Sapori was born in 2009 from the idea of Alfredo Rodano and family, when after years spent in the catering world, they decide to start their own business to feed visitors of this beautiful town with Apulian tradition.

They decide to open the restaurant in the most lovely and highest spot of the Ostuni old town, near the Cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Assunzione.

From that moment Trattoria Sapere & Sapori has always grown, under the positive feedback of their beloved customers, becoming one the most appreciated restaurants in the local area.
