THE LOCATION
In the heart of Ostuni old town, near the Cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria Assunzione, the idea of Trattoria Sapere & Sapori was born, surrounded by the brightness of the white wall and the narrow lanes, from which the “White Town” takes its name. Our staff will take care of every request you have, while you enjoy a break in complete relax, doing our best to satisfy our lovely customers.

The idea of “tradition and innovation” well represents the major traits of our menu, conceived by our chef and its staff. Every day our high quality and fresh ingredients travel from their origin place to the restaurant kitchen. The peculiarity of our kitchen is the attention and the exploration of every dish, avoiding to disappoint no palates.
THE WINE CELLAR
We place our products' quality in first place, starting from our food and arriving to our wine tasting. We have the best label from Puglia in our wine cellar, underlying the idea of local restaurant. Young white wine, spumanti, rosè and red wine are stored in a mahogany structure, surrounded by the our land typical stones of the XV cent.. The perfect duo to preserve the longevity of these bottles.
